Established in 1975, Wendover Junior Football Club is dedicated to creating an inclusive, inspiring, and safe football environment where every player feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing a secure, positive setting in which children can develop their skills with confidence, knowing their wellbeing, welfare, and personal development are always our highest priorities.

We focus on developing the whole person, fostering skill, confidence, teamwork, and resilience, while instilling the values of respect, integrity, and sportsmanship. By promoting clear standards of behaviour, appropriate boundaries, and a culture of care and accountability, we ensure that all players can enjoy football free from harm, discrimination, or fear.
