Data is held solely for the purposes of administration and player welfare in accordance with Football Association Guidelines and Rules. Data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. Data will be sent to the Berks and Bucks FA and relevant affiliated Leagues solely for the purposes of registration and administration. Limited medical data is held solely for player welfare. Data is held in a combination of written and electronic formats. The Club runs a website to inform players and parents and to highlight and celebrate the activities of the club. Any photographs used do not identify individual players. Email addresses submitted to the club will be used to notify players/parents of fixtures, training notices, news items and to promote events within the club. We will occasionally use this email list to promote local community events which are socially linked to the club (e.g. Wendover School events).
